Tradition Homes Commits Up To $1 Million To ManeGait Expansion

The multi-year pledge will fund equine-assisted therapy programs tied to the Beacon Project in McKinney

Tradition Homes announced a multi-year charitable commitment of up to $1 million to support ManeGait Therapeutic Horsemanship and its upcoming Beacon Project, a major expansion planned for the nonprofit’s campus in northwest McKinney.

Beginning in 2026, the North Texas homebuilder will donate $2,000 for every home sold over a three-year period. The funds will support ManeGait’s work serving children and adults with disabilities through equine-assisted therapy and related programs.

Linking Homebuilding To Long-Term Giving

The pledge creates a sustained funding model tied directly to Tradition Homes’ activity in the region, rather than a one-time gift. The structure is designed to grow alongside the company’s home sales while providing ManeGait with predictable support as it expands.

“Tradition Homes believes strongly in giving back to the communities we serve,” said Zach Schneider, president and CEO of Tradition Homes in an official statement. “We are proud partners of ManeGait. Our commitment of $2,000 per home sold will help ManeGait continue its essential work and expand services to even more individuals and families across North Texas.”
