Luxury homebuilder breaks ground in Argyle ISD. Prices start at $1.2M
A luxury home builder with projects in Prosper, Celina and Colleyville is expanding to Denton County. Tradition Homes announced that it is breaking ground in the High Plains neighborhood of Furst Ranch, a 2,300-development at U.S. 377 and Cross Timbers Road in Flower Mound, in the Argyle school district. Prices will start at $1.2 million.
“We came across Furst Ranch, and we were hooked. The land is gorgeous,” said Zach Schneider, president and CEO of Tradition Homes. When complete, the development will be home to an estimated 20,000 people. Plans include 3,000 homes and 5,000 apartments.
